Erin Lewis is by far the best trainer, I have encountered! He is always present, guiding and motivating while training any session, small group or one on one. He creates workout and nutrition plans that are best for your goals. He listens and advises, he will adapt routines for injury, so you can keep moving toward your goal. His workouts are never boring, always interest holding, and every once in awhile a bit of his special kind of humor sprinkled in. It has happened that the hour goes by so quickly that only at the end do I realize I just had a heck of a workout!
