These are designed to give you the get-up-and-go that you need before a workout! Depending on which you choose, they can have caffeine, nitric oxide and energy-producing BCAAs (l-citrulline) and vitamins (B-12). Best taken 15-30 minutes before your workout!
A "During-Workout": Branch Chain Amino Acids and Vitamins
While pre-workouts and post-workouts have Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), they are typically in much smaller supply and usually slated more to those that help produce energy (l-citrulline) or reduce soreness (l-glutamine). This during-workout formula is packed with 5g of over a dozen BCAAs that help with a variety of bodily functions and keep you feeling hydrated during your workout. Plus, BCAAs are calorie-free; you can't have too much!
A "Post Workout": Whey, Isolate, Collagen or Vegan Protein
One of the first things you'll realize when your start a legit weight-lifting program is that you are having trouble getting the amount of protein you need from whole foods. We need around 1.6g of protein per Kg of body weight - that's about 133g for me! That's 4 chicken breasts - it's doable, but I'd prefer to supplement a lighter protein shake for one of those each day.

Sometimes, I change the flavors up - but I always get these products. And we can always add/remove items that don't agree with you (i.e. trade out a high stimulate pre-workout for a low or no stimulate)!
